At Panavi Paridhan, we carefully check and pack every product before dispatch.
No Return or Exchange
Once an order has been placed and delivered, we do not offer return or exchange for change of mind, size preference, colour preference, design preference, or any other personal reason.
Damaged Item
A return request will be considered only if the product is received in a damaged condition.
To raise a damage claim:
- The customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- A complete parcel opening/unboxing video is compulsory.
- The video must clearly show the parcel before opening, the opening process, and the damaged product.
- Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.
- The product should remain unused and in its original condition.
After verification of the claim, our team will guide the customer regarding the return process.
