After dispatch, the customer may receive the India Post shipping slip/tracking details on WhatsApp.
Shipping Charges
Rajasthan
- 1 Suit: ₹50 Shipping
- Every additional suit in the same parcel: ₹20 extra per suit
Other States
- 1 Suit: ₹80 Shipping
- Every additional suit in the same parcel: ₹20 extra per suit
The applicable shipping charge will be calculated according to the delivery state and quantity of products in the order.
Delivery Time
Delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location and India Post service availability.
Delays caused by postal services, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery time.
Correct Shipping Address
Customers are requested to provide their complete and correct name, mobile number, address, state and PIN code while placing an order.
Panavi Paridhan will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Order Dispatch
Orders are dispatched only after successful payment confirmation.
Once the parcel has been handed over to India Post, delivery and tracking movement will depend on the postal service.
Damaged Products
If a product is received damaged, the customer must contact Panavi Paridhan within 24 hours of delivery with a complete parcel opening/unboxing video, as mentioned in our Return & Exchange Policy.
