Products and Availability
We make every reasonable effort to display product colours, designs, sizes and details accurately. However, the actual colour may vary slightly due to lighting, photography and different mobile or computer screens.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to update product information, prices or availability at any time.
Prices and Payments
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown during checkout or communicated to the customer.
Online payments are securely processed through Razorpay. An order will be processed only after successful payment confirmation or acceptance of the selected payment method.
Order Confirmation and Cancellation
Customers must provide complete and correct contact, billing and shipping information while placing an order.
Panavi Paridhan may contact the customer through phone or WhatsApp to confirm an order. We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of incorrect information, payment failure, suspected fraud or product unavailability.
Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders may be dispatched through India Post or another suitable delivery service. Delivery time is an estimate and may be affected by postal delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct name, mobile number, complete address and PIN code.
Return and Exchange
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, colour preference, size selection or personal choice.
A return or replacement request will be considered only if the customer receives a damaged, defective or incorrect item.
The customer must contact Panavi Paridhan within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. A clear, continuous parcel-opening video showing the sealed parcel, shipping label and damaged or incorrect item is mandatory.
Requests made after 24 hours or without a proper parcel-opening video may not be accepted.
Items purchased during a sale, special offer or clearance sale are not eligible for return or exchange, except where a damaged or incorrect item has been received and the required proof is provided.
WhatsApp Communication
The mobile number provided during checkout may be used to send order confirmations, payment updates, parcel details, tracking information and customer-support messages through WhatsApp or phone.
Customers must never share their UPI PIN, OTP, card PIN, CVV or banking password with Panavi Paridhan.
Website Use
Customers must not misuse the website, attempt fraudulent transactions, provide false information or interfere with the website’s security or normal operation.
All website content, including photographs, product images, text, designs and branding, belongs to Panavi Paridhan or is used with permission. It may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Panavi Paridhan will not be responsible for delays or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights available to customers under applicable Indian consumer law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions when required. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by a competent court or consumer forum as provided under applicable law.
